At RPT we view everyone who trains with us as athletes. We focus on a combination of injury prevention and elevating performance both on the field and through everyday life. This is done through detailed analysis of movement patterns and body alignment.
This holistic view allows us to identify limitations of the body and educate athletes of all levels how to correct these limitations effectively.
Every program is individualized, starting slow in order to correct body alignment and retrain movement patterns. Then load and explosiveness is incorporated to improve overall performance.

Growing up in Middletown, playing three sports I always felt like I could have greatly benefited from what we are doing here.
I went on to play lacrosse and basketball in college, and when I graduated I knew I had to stay involved in athletics.
I spent three years helping grow and develop a gym in Portsmouth, RI called Island Athletics as a co-owner, manager, and coach. Through this opportunity I was fortunate enough to train a wide variety of individuals from 5 year olds to 80+ year olds. As well as elementary school athletes all the way up to the pros from all across the globe.
I can honestly say that through this experience I discovered that the role we get to play as a coach & mentors to these athletes is something I value greatly. I am excited to start my journey in a new role where I will continue helping develop our community.
