The initial consultation is centered around body alignment and movement patterns. Once completed, a video breakdown of the session is created which allows us to identify the strengths and limitations of both individuals.Â
From the video breakdown an exercise plan is created to help both individuals overcome their limitations and reach their goals. The workout time and schedule is also coordinated on a weekly basis to ensure the session works for everybody.
